Each villa listing clearly states the maximum guest capacity and the number of bedrooms. Capacity is based on the bed layout and any extra-bed options; stays above the stated number are not accepted. Before booking, check your group size and children's ages so you choose the right villa.

Once confirmed, the agreement and payment details are sent to you by email or WhatsApp.

At booking we ask for full name, phone number, email address and the number of guests staying. Identity details may be requested at check-in. Guests travelling from abroad may also need to provide passport information.

Date-change requests depend on the villa's availability and the cancellation policy. If a change is possible, a price difference or extra fee may apply. Contact the agency as soon as possible if you need to change dates.
